10. Purchases on This Website
1. Electronic Transactions:
a. We primarily process transactions electronically. Non-electronic transactions still fall under these terms unless explicitly stated otherwise. You’re responsible for keeping copies of relevant contracts and disclosures.
2. Placing Your Order:
a. Product Selection and Pricing:
1. Add your desired products to the shopping cart. The total cost, including taxes and delivery charges, will be displayed on the Website.
b. Secure Checkout:
1. Choose your preferred payment method from credit cards, online banking, selected e-wallets (where available), and Country Farm Organics reward points (if applicable). Ensure sufficient funds or reward points are available to complete the purchase.
3. Order Confirmation:
a. After placing your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email detailing your order. This email confirms our acceptance of your order and forms a binding agreement.
4. Order Submission:
a. Orders can only be placed via our website, www.countryfarmorganics.com. We DO NOT accept orders through phone calls, SMS, Facebook Messenger, Instagram Messenger, WhatsApp, or email.
5. Order Processing Time:
a. Orders will be processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays) if all products are available.
b. Cut-off time: 9:30 AM, Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays). Orders placed after 9:30 AM will be processed on the following business day.
c. Orders placed after 9:30 AM on Friday, or on weekends or Public Holidays, will be processed on the next available business day.
d. While we strive to keep products in stock, there may be occasional instances of high demand or raw material shortages that could lead to delays. If your order cannot be fulfilled due to stock unavailability, we will notify you promptly to arrange a replacement product of similar value or to wait for the item to be restocked.
6. Payment:
a. All transactions will be in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) only.
b. We accept valid credit cards, online banking, selected e-wallets (if available), and Country Farm Organics reward points (if applicable).
c. By choosing a payment method, you confirm your authorization to use it. Orders may be suspended or cancelled if verification fails.
7. Shipping and Handling:
a. Shipping fees are payable at checkout and may be subject to changes. Please verify all charges before completing your order.
8. Free Shipping:
a. Available for orders of RM60 or more within Peninsular Malaysia, and RM100 or more for East Malaysia.
9. Delivery Restrictions:
a. Deliveries are NOT made over weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or on Public Holidays. Delays may occur due to holidays, extreme weather, or natural disasters.
b. Orders are shipped to the delivery address specified in your online order form. If the delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if no one is available to receive the order, we will NOT bear the costs of re-routing or re-delivery. Please ensure the delivery address is accurate.
c. We are NOT responsible for any loss of payment or missing products during re-routing or re-delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address.
d. The delivery address CANNOT be changed once the order transaction has been approved.
10. Delivery Lead Times:
a. Peninsular Malaysia: 3-5 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays).
b. East Malaysia: 4-7 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays).
c. Please be aware that there may be delays during peak seasons, promotional campaigns, or festive periods.
11. Risk of Loss:
a. Ownership and risk of loss transfer to you once your parcel is handed over to the courier for delivery.
12. Cancellations:
a. We may cancel your order if a product is unavailable. You’ll be notified and receive a refund to the original payment method used. Refund processing times depend on your financial institution.
b. Orders cannot be cancelled once you have received the Order Confirmation email. For inquiries or assistance, please contact our customer service at [email protected].
13. Returns and Refunds:

14. Out of Stock Policy:
a. If a product you ordered is out of stock, we will offer you either a refund, calculated based on the adjusted total bill after applying any vouchers or discounts, or a replacement product of equivalent value.
15. Accuracy and Errors:
a. While we strive for accuracy, product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability may contain errors. We reserve the right to correct any errors or cancel orders if necessary.
16. Availability and Order Limitations:
a. Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of items available for purchase, reject orders, or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

a. We reserve the right to review and approve orders before processing.
b. You may cancel your order before receiving the Order Confirmation email.
c. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on courier availability, location, and weather conditions.
